At Handhills Cabinets, we’ve perfected the process of manufacturing custom cabinets; whether you want high-gloss, matte, textured, or MDF cabinet doors, cabinets, or ready-to-assemble cabinet parts, you can trust Alberta’s best cabinet manufacturer. We supply to renovators, contractors, builders, and cabinet shops. Taking advantage of the best equipment on the market today; our 4-axis CNC machines allow for the unique ability to create any custom part you require. Using state-of-the-art equipment and CAD/CAM software enables us to manufacture with better efficiency, less waste, higher precision and improved cut quality.
We use edgebanding technology to effectively increase durability and improve the overall appearance and finish of your cabinets. We also utilize laser etching as an alternative to glue; this process makes for a nicer finish with no glue line. From diamond tooling to industrial-grade equipment, we take advantage of the best techniques on the market today. Nobody does custom cabinet manufacturing better than Handhills.
Our Process

Contact us to get started! Begin by sending us your rough sketches and drawings with an idea of the final look you are after. We'll get back to you with an estimate, and then a final cost after all details are finalized.
Cut to Size
We use industrial-grade CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines to cut the various components down to size. This equipment is computer automated which rapidly advances the process, improving both speed and accuracy.
Edgebanding
In order to produce trim and finished edges, we take advantage of edgebanding to cover the exposed sides of your MDF cabinet doors and apply seamless edges to the product. Edgebanding improves durability and sharpens appearance.
Assembly
Our expert technicians assemble the parts at our warehouse before delivery. Each element is inspected for quality as they come together and your custom cabinets come to life. Skilled assembly is important in ensuring no damages occur.
Delivery
We deliver a finished product that meets your specifications. At Handhills, we don’t settle for anything less than the best which is why we believe in delivering a quality product, every time. We also offer installation of our custom cabinets.
